A licensed U.S. provider reviews every intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Reviews happen on business days, so orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend are reviewed the following Monday.

Will I need a video visit?

Most treatments are fully online, with no video visit. Hormone therapy includes a short live video visit with a licensed provider.

What if the provider decides treatment isn't right for me?

If your provider decides treatment isn't appropriate, you'll receive a partial refund.

Who fills my prescription?

Licensed U.S. pharmacies fill every prescription.

Are the medications compounded?

Some are. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality. Each product page shows whether it's compounded.

Are treatments available in every state?
